Our family-run sawmill client is looking for an electrician with a valid license in the State of Oregon as a Supervisor Plant Journeyman or Supervisor General Journeyman. An Oregon General Journeyman license is acceptable for someone who is well-experienced in western sawmills. The successful candidate must have experience with 480V/3PH and 2HP-500HP motors, as well as PLC-driven systems (Allen Bradley SLCs, Control Logix, Distributed I/O). Experience working on a log handling crane and wound rotor motors at 100 ft. heights is beneficial but not required.
